Meet Our Distinguished Faculty
Our program’s faculty is one of its greatest strengths. You won’t find another health information management program—online or otherwise—that brings such diverse expertise together in one place. That’s because the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and Technology is a collaboration between UW Extended Campus and four UW System campuses—UW-Green Bay, UW-La Crosse, UW-Parkside, and UW-Stevens Point.
All courses in this online program are developed and taught by University of Wisconsin faculty—the same faculty who teach our on-campus courses.
“I appreciate Professor Gibbs and his assistance with the HIMT 345 course material. Several times during the week, he and I met via video conferencing. His explanations helped me gain a better understanding of the course material. Even though it was an online course, I never felt ‘out of touch’ with the professor.”
– Glenora Howard, HIMT student
